Following her move to Minneapolis in 1996, she launched her singing career. Prince was the producer of her self-titled album. Electra began modeling glamour in 1996, and was featured in Playboy magazine. After that, she relocated to Los Angeles where she made her acting debut as Lani McKenzie in the MTV drama series Baywatch (1997-1998). In 2004 she was in the reality series 'Til You Do Us Part: Carmen and Dave along with her husband of the time Dave Navarro, and voiced Six in the animated show Tripping the Rift. Electra was later acknowledged for her parody film like Scary Movie (2000) and Scary Movie 4 (2006). Also, she was a part of Date Movie (2006), Epic Movie (2007) and Meet the Spartans (2008). Her other film credits include Get Over It (2001)
