Meagan Good (born 8 August 1981) was born to Tyra, her mother and Leondis Leon Good her father in Panorama City of Los Angeles. Tyra is a former manager that managed Meagan during her teenage years. She grew up in Canyon Country with her three brothers and sisters in California. As a child, at four years of age, she began acting. She appeared as an extra on TV shows including Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. at the start of her career. At the age of 13she was snubbed as the character Friday in the year 1995. Her first recognition came from her role as the troubled teen Cisely Batiste in the movie Eve's Bayou in 1997 for which she received two award nominations, including her first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominee. Good acted in small films as well as on TV in the time. The actress began taking role roles that were more mature as early as the year 2000. The actress played Nina in Cousin Skeeter the Nickelodeon T.V. Between 1998 and 2001, she was a character on Nina on Nickelodeon's TV show Cousin Skeeter.
